Photos help us identify problems more accurately. Show us anything that appears to be broken - you can even send a video of what the door is doing! NOTE: At this time we are experiencing some technical difficulties with file uploads from Apple devices (including Mac computers) - if you are using an Apple device and cannot upload images, please let us know and we will provide you with alternative methods of submission.

Information that will help us make sure we have the right tools and equipment includes: brand/model of operator, size and material of door, and type of spring(s).
